Very nice hotel! We stopped on the way down from Florida to spend the night. everything was perfect and the children really liked the toppings for the waffles this morning (whipped cream, chocolate, strawberry, etc.). We will come back this summer! Thanks

It is RIGHT next to the highway, & you hear it all night. There was a stinkbug in our room when we arrived. Our door did not seal well, so you could see light from the hallway streaming in at the bottom and all sides of the door at night- plus hall noise.

This is the worst hotel that we’ve ever booked: -the front desk service was terrible! After booking our room, we quickly realized that there was no heat. So we went to the front desk and told the lady, but she replied by saying that we were just staying for one night anyway. She didn’t agree to it immediately, and was rude about us changing rooms. - the policy was that we could pick the rooms we wished to stay in, but the front desk lady assigned us to a room herself. -the toilet clogged up when I tried to flush, and the water spilled all over the floor -the shower also clogged up when we were taking a shower -the breakfast was horrible! It seemed as though the fruits were old and just not fresh. But all in all, the breakfast did not taste good.

Went into the pool and our bathing suits got stripped of its color. My friends hot pink bathing suit turned purple, my baby blue turned grey. My sisters boyfriend ended up in urgent care because of the strong chemicals in the pool after her opened his eyes. It looked like he got pepper sprayed. When we told front desk they apologized and told us how the pool is run by a third party company and they just put chemicals in the day before we went in. You would think they would have just closed the pool for a little bit especially after it severely affecting someone’s eyes.

When I arrived the reservation was not in the system and I had to call to sort things out. It was not listed anywhere that the hotel was under renovations which was inconvenient.

Negatives: * Lost my reservation. *Staff came into the room without knocking. *Found debris from previous guest "under" the bed. *Repairs/upgrades were being made in common areas. Positives: *Attentive management to issues 1&2 above * Clean restrooms * Excellent breakfast choice and quantity Suggestions * Bananas in the breakfast * Technology needs to be more aligned to the actual experience. * More careful attention by housekeeping
